The terms that govern using Industry Selling.

By creating an account or using Industry Selling, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

Industry Selling is a B2B platform intended for registered businesses and individuals sourcing or selling industrial products in India. One account can act as both a buyer and a supplier, switched via the Buy/Sell mode toggle.

Suppliers must complete GST and business verification before their products become visible to buyers.

Industry Selling provides the marketplace, messaging, and document tools (Enquiries, Estimates, Purchase Orders, Invoices, and payment tracking) that connect buyers and suppliers.

We are not a party to the underlying sale of goods between a buyer and a supplier. Pricing, product quality, delivery, and fulfillment of an order are agreed between the buyer and the supplier directly — Industry Selling does not guarantee any transaction.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide — company details, GST information, product listings, and pricing — and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You agree not to use the platform for fraudulent listings, misrepresentation, or any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to verify, hold, or reject a supplier account at our discretion — including removing product listings — if information provided is inaccurate, unverifiable, or violates these terms.

You retain ownership of the product listings, company information, and documents you create. By posting a listing, you grant Industry Selling the right to display it to other users of the platform.

Industry Selling is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between buyers and suppliers, or from service interruptions.

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or engages in fraudulent or harmful activity.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
